This is a website devoted to our restaurant, the restaurant industry, and cooking. We want to share with you some of the insights we have, from the experience we have accumulated over the years. Garden Salad

This meal has no credentials, but its simplicity in form and taste has always made it a meal that is worth coming back to.

Milanese Stake

Basically, this is a meal for meat lovers. The stake is bigger than your face; it’s served on a wooden plate with nothing more than bread and some salad.


Mushroom Soup

Nice and creamy, this staple of our plates has never gone out of fashion. The combination of mushrooms, cream, pepper, and louver make for a legendary combination.

Caramelized Oranges

This wonderful dish comes to us straight from the table of Luis the 14. Essentially it is a plate of oranges that you pure caramel over, but the end product is a combination of sour- sweet and crunchy.

There is one way you can make a bunch of tasty deserts with the smallest amount of trouble. The thing you need to do is make two different types of soft biscuit, and tango wild with the filling. You can make any combination you like, cut the biscuit in two and put the filling in the middle. Have in mind that you can truly tire any combination this way, and this is something a person with a sweet tooth can truly enjoy.

What makes our service better then what you can find in most restaurants? There are many factors that contribute to a good business; one of the most important is the staff. We make sure that all of us come to work feeling fresh and rested so that you don’t feel encounter a problem with our service.

The food we offer changes with the seasons. This means that your taste buds will never get bored with the same tastes and sensations. The same goes for the food in general, we don’t want to talk about the same thing over and over again.

The spices we include in our recipe come from all over the world, and they are carefully chosen to be balanced and not to dominate in the meals. Making the right combination of spices plays a mayo roll in the cooking process.

We are a group of people devoted to the restaurant and food industry, and we love to share our passion with all of you (delicious) food junkies. Since this is our passion and the source of our income, you can expect only the best form us.

The team is made of two parts. One is devoted to finding and trying out different recipes, and adapting them. We want to give you a range of ageless recipes, with slight modification’s that we think can make the meal better, as well as some techniques that can make your cooking easier and cheaper.

On the other hand, we have a team of writers that try to find the best way to transmit all of our findings to you, as well as making the process of cooking creative and informative. We want to make a fool circle with cooking; it’s not just about the food.
